We’re excited to kick off our 29th Annual Rocket Run, Oakdale School Foundation’s largest fundraising event of the year! The Rocket Run includes all grades as they walk or run through designated half-mile and one-mile courses around the school’s campus, in a non-competitive, family-friendly environment. Kids take charge of their education and health by gaining sponsors for a day of fun and fitness to raise money for educational grants at Oakdale.

We are all part of the Oakdale School Foundation. However your family chooses to participate in the progress of Oakdale School, every student - including yours! - benefits from numerous OSF-funded programs that our teachers implement within their classrooms each year.
Please join us in continuing to make the Rocket Run a fun, successful event that allows us to fund these grant requests that improve the quality of our kids' education and the value of the Oakdale community.

EVENT SCHEDULE
Parents, family, friends, and neighbors are welcome to cheer on our runners on Race Day! The Rocket Run will be held at Oakdale School on Wednesday, October 12th, rain or shine. Plan to leave plenty of time to park as parking will be off-campus and may be limited.
RACE TIMES
Please park at the school, and be prepared to walk to the track. Sooner Road will be closed from Hefner to the west gate of River Oaks.
Student warmups will take place in the bus barn 15 minutes prior to each race time.
Parents and friends can meet their child at the start of the finish line. All races will begin on Sooner Road by the tennis courts, and all the races will end at the track, in front of the west bleachers.
*Students in Pre-K and Kindergarten will need one adult to accompany them on the course.
